Perth property and investment guru Tim Guest, the powerhouse behind Infinite Wealth, has been presented with a prestigious 40under40 Award.

The accolade not only recognises Mr Guest’s achievements as a leading WA entrepreneur under the age of 40, but it also celebrates his numerous philanthropic pursuits.

Mr Guest said his success, his personal determination and his commitment were all based on the values of integrity and contribution. “These values are shared by everyone in my organisation and are solely responsible for the vision and success we have achieved,” Mr Guest said.

“Starting out with just a small client base, our business has gone from strength to strength in response to demand from everyday Australians looking for strategies to give them financial freedom.” Mr Guest grew up in a single-income family in Gosnells, bought his first property at the age of 22 and semi-retired as a self-made multi-millionaire at the age of 27.

“My father’s struggle through the recession of the 1980s inspired my desire to be financially secure and showed me that you have to keep moving, keep taking action and never give up,” he said. Today, the 37-year-old is regarded as Australia’s leading financial educator, with business interests in the areas of education, finance, investment, financial services, health, personal development, business development, property investment and development, and hospitality.

Since Infinite Wealth was established in March 2011, Mr Guest has donated 10 per cent of the company’s profits to charity, supporting such organisations as the PMH Foundation, Youth Focus and the Telethon Kids Appeal. He participates in charity events such as the Chevron City to Surf, raising $28,000 as the highest fundraiser in 2012, and the Royal Queensbury Corporate Challenge, a boxing event for ToyBox that has raised more than $600,000 for sick children.

Mr Guest has visited orphanages in Kenya and Vietnam, and last December he assembled a team to climb Mount Kilimanjaro to raise funds and awareness of #screwthetaboo, a social media campaign he started to help conquer the stigma associated with depression. “I am committed to continually challenging the status quo when it comes to corporate involvement in the community,” Mr Guest said.

As a financial educator and motivational speaker, Mr Guest has supported more than 10,000 Western Australians with strategies to make a financially independent retirement a reality. “I founded Infinite Wealth because people want solutions to the financial challenges they face every day,” he said.

“We have assembled an honest, open and reliable team of professionals who have done it themselves and are willing to share their wisdom.”
